As a key contributor to the new design team, I focused on redesigning the mobile app's home page. My work involved conceptualizing and designing new layouts based on user feedback, analyzing data, validating hypotheses, and testing prototypes.

The redesign aimed to improve the discoverability of high-priority features, such as History, Operations, and Report. After launch, we measured an average increase in discoverability of 35%.

Deposit/Withdraw/Transfer

I led the redesign of the deposit/withdraw/transfer flows, addressing both outdated UI and complex data presentation issues.

At the core of my design approach is the principle of prioritizing user needs, especially in sensitive areas like personal finance. Striking a balance between simplicity and transparency is crucial; it's not enough to obscure complexity without ensuring users walk away well-informed. As a designer, my responsibility is to distill complex information into easily digestible visuals and interactions that empower users to make informed decisions with confidence.
