At Open Broker, I contributed to a significant redesign of a personal stock trading app as an early-stage Product Designer. We built the app from scratch, developing a new visual identity, overhauling user flows, and launching numerous features. I progressed from a Product Design role to a Lead Product Design position, overseeing a substantial portion of the app and managing the design team.

Key Achievements:

• Developed numerous high-fidelity prototypes that served as the foundation for quantitative and qualitative testing
• Contributed to the creation and growth of a design system, overseeing its development
• Led major redesign efforts for the Home, Analytics, and Profile views, among others
• Mentored and managed the design team, ensuring successful delivery of features and experiences

As a key contributor to the new design team, I focused on redesigning the mobile app's home page. My work involved conceptualizing and designing new layouts based on user feedback, analyzing data, validating hypotheses, and testing prototypes.
